Bed and Breakfast
“Bed and Breakfast” style accommodation is becoming increasingly popular with travellers during their New Zealand holiday. In most cases clients are invited into the hosts personal homes sharing the homes living areas and kitchen facilities. In some, but not all cases, bathroom facilities are also shared. There is no fixed format or template standard set with each business unique in what it offers in facilities and service. Breakfast, usually continental, is provided and in some cases evening meals by arrangement.
This arrangement also enables tourists to the opportunity to “get to know” a real kiwi sharing meals and discussions about day to day living in a foreign land.
